About the Owner
Kenyah Ferguson is the owner of The Kake Factory Atlanta, a business that specializes in custom cakes and treats.
Originally from Indiana, Kenyah graduated from Indiana State University in 2010 and subsequently moved to Atlanta to begin a career in marketing. Her passion for baking began as a hobby; she would bake cakes and bring them to her office for her colleagues to enjoy. This hobby grew as she took a Wilton baking class and further honed her skills by watching YouTube tutorials.
Her first major challenge was creating a fondant cake for a baby shower. The success of this cake marked a turning point, leading to the establishment of The Kake Factory Atlanta. Ferguson is known for her visually stunning cakes that are also delicious.
Describing her work ethic, Ferguson has stated that she has always been a “hustler” and enjoys taking on new challenges. Her personal interests include bowling, sewing, word puzzles, and game nights.
